The TAMA factory was (is?) located in an Israeli Kibbutz.
This specific helmet was part of a batch purchased by the Pilatus Aircraft Factory during the 1980's and used during factory test flights.

Unfortunately, these helmets were known to have a structural problem with the shell cracking easily (not a good thing for a helmet...).-
​
Our TAMA is fitted with a grey MBU-12 oxygen mask.
