The MB-3 created in the late 50's by Aviators Equipment Corp. to be issued to Strategic Air Command crews. Its use was limited to stations not requiring use of rigid flight helmets.
It was made of a laminated shell lined with white-dyed leather. A bill could be attached to the front as sun protection.
