H-5 IV

The most common version of H-5, used on jet, propeller aircrafts and helicopters. This version was the standard headgear of Swiss AF pilots till mid '80.
"Gull
wing cut" in the area above the pilot's eyes, in order to improve visibility. British MK-2 visor reshaped to match and not interfere with A-13/ MS22001 oxygen mask and cast oxygen mask receivers; Cast oxygen mask receiver installation; Single plug comm connector. Rear comm cable exit repositioned, supplemental leather hose removed in order to avoid excessive cable tension; Boom mike "banana mount" installed. A-13/ MS22001 oxygen mask, modified or not with a supplemental diluter valve depending on aircraft oxygen system.
